Jim Scott: Class Clown of Detroit

Jim Scott was born wealthy, had a reputation as a gambler and prankster (once building just the front of a massive house to cheese off an annyoing neighbor), and left the city a huge gob of money for a fountain which still stands on Belle Isle, with the condition that they build a statue to him.
